"We used Wessex Tutors to assist our daughter achieve the high grades in A level that she required in Chemistry for university. Jill matched us with a very professional and excellent chemistry tutor who helped our daughter achieve the grade that she needed and above the original predicted grade that she was given . She had missed quite a bit of college due to knee surgery and physio and the tutor ensured that she was fully confident in all the areas that she had missed. She also prepared her well for the exams with past papers and excellent prep.

" We were signposted to Wessex Tutors after my daughter, who is dyslexic, missed her A Level predicted grades in Chemistry and Physics due to illness. Jillian couldn't have kinder when we arrived at Wessex Tutors on that emotional results day. She was empathetic and really helped to rebuild my daughter's self esteem. Jillian efficiently arranged a timetable and my daughter started with Wessex Tutors a week later. The tutors are of the highest calibre and taught my daughter taking into account her preferred learning style. The organisation is extremely well run and, as a parent, I was kept informed regularly. " Retaking my A - levels at Wessex enabled me to achieve the grades I needed to secure a place for Dentistry, after missing out previously. I found Wessex to be very supportive and gave me the chance to expand my knowledge beyond the syllabus so that I was much better prepared for exams. The exam environment is a lot more relaxed which I found helpful. It's also very easy to get to tutoring as it is very close to Southampton station. "

" I had lessons for A2 maths, physics and chemistry during my gap year, as I was re-sitting my A-Levels. With the help of the teachers I went from an ABC to an A*AA. The teachers are helpful with exam tips and can explain everything from scratch but you obviously still have to put in a lot of effort yourself. Bernard (physics teacher) and David (maths teacher) were particularly exceptional. "

" It's my pleasure to be writing this review. The expert tuition given to my son by his Chemistry tutor has enabled him to achieve a near perfect score with his A* result. This undoubtedly would not have been accomplished without the guidance of his brilliant tutor. The dedication of the staff is second to none.
